  • How Quickly Can I Drink It?

    You are well within your right to tear into your order the moment it arrives! However we recommend trying to hold off until at least 3 days after the roast date on the back of each bag. We find the best results are often between 10-20 days after roast.

  • How Fresh Will My Coffee Be?

    We usually roast to order, while this might add a day or two handling time to your shipment, rest assured, the coffee you receive will ship to you as fresh as humanly possible! In some circumstances you may receive coffee that has rested for a few days longer, fret not, our coffees start to taste their best with 10-12 days rest anyway!

  • Why Is My Favourite Coffee Now Gone?

    Single Origin Coffee, like all things, doesn’t last forever unfortunately. If the coffee you are looking for is out of stock, we are sorry to say that it likely wont be coming back until next year’s harvest.   • How Should I Brew My Order

    Any way you like! While we make recommendations for the way we enjoy each bean, we believe the flavour profiles are strong enough to present well in just about any method! Stuck for ways to brew? Check out our Brew Guides to get you started!

  • How Light/Dark Do You Roast?

    Always a tricky one to give an exact answer! We roast each coffee to the degree we feel best reveals the beans intrinsic flavour profile. As a general rule, we fall on the fairly light side of the spectrum for most of our offerings, with beans we recommend for milk based drinks heading toward the light/medium range.

  • Can I Track my Order?

    Of course! The day your order ships you’ll receive an email update with tracking information for your order so you can follow its progress from our roastery to your door.
