Dessert is very clearly the best meal of the day. What if you could have it guilt-free for breakfast every morning? Journey with us to the heart of South Minas Gerais, Brazil, where the Fazenda Aguas Claras estate flourishes.

Owned for over two decades by Efrain Botrel, this idyllic farm nestled amidst the mountains boasts a perfect confluence of factors for cultivating exceptional coffee. Lush, fertile soil bathed in sunshine, crisp mountain air invigorating the land, and elevations reaching 1200-1400 meters above sea level. These ideal conditions, meticulously nurtured by Efrain’s dedication, form the foundation for our exquisite Fazenda Aguas Claras coffee. Unwavering commitment to quality shines through every step of the process. This particular Fazenda Aguas Claras coffee undergoes a natural processing method. Sun-drenched patios cradle the beans for 5 days, followed by 4 days in static dryers. Finally, they rest for 15 days in the granary, allowing the flavours to mature and meld beautifully.

The result? A rich cup boasting a gentle, acidity that is perfectly balanced. Delight your senses with notes of juicy cherry, smooth cream, and a decadent hot fudge sundae.
